Seity, LLC charges a flat hourly fee for therapeutic services, including individual, couple, and family counseling.

By being a private pay client, you are not restricted to insurance limitations and can rest easy knowing your records are kept just between you and Seity, LLC.

For work with Danielle Schlagel, we can provide a monthly superbill you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. Danielle has limited availability for clients who are seeking to use Cigna, Aetna, CCHA Medicaid, and Tricare.

It is important that you are able to access quality mental health care. If you are concerned that your budget is limiting your ability to take care of yourself, please contact us to discuss the possibility of a sliding scale. The spots available for the sliding scale are limited, so please let us know in your initial inquiry.

All services are offered through telehealth. Credit, Debit, and HSA cards are accepted.

Paperwork

Seity, LLC utilizes an online electronic health record system, which will have all of your paperwork included in the client portal. We ask that all paperwork is completed at least 24 hours before your intake.
