I specialize in sex and relationship therapy. This includes issues around desire, sexual function, pleasure, body positivity, intimacy, and sex education in parenting. It also includes work to improve the health of relationships, including dating, premarital, marriage, affair recovery, and divorce. In addition, I work through a Buddhist lens, identifying and working on attachment wounding, emotion regulation issues, anxiety, and ADHD.
I am passionate about helping individuals and couples be in their bodies and with one another with balance, equanimity, and joy.

Couples Therapy
Why is it that our problems seem louder when we’re faced with sharing our life with someone else? Have you been feeling disconnected, having the same fight over and over, or are worried your relationship is beyond saving? It is always possible to nourish your relationship, build a middle ground, and fall more in love with your partner. I approach couples counseling with a clear goal in mind: using the strengths of your relationship to increase the health of your communication, help you truly see one another, and get the joy back in your life.
I approach couples work influenced by Relational Life Therapy, the research done at the Gottman Institute, Internal Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Presence, awareness, and acceptance practices are seamlessly woven into everything we do.
Sex Therapy
We learn a lot about sex growing up. Some of it helps us grow into our mature sexual selves, whereas other parts of it… well let’s just say that not everything we learn sets us up for success. Sex therapy is a process where we work together to help you learn more about you as a sexual person – your desires, your values, what makes you really tick – and navigate any difficulties that show up alone or with partners. I want to help you find your way to a sex life that works for you. No more googling, ya hear?.
I work with all types of sex therapy needs, including desire discrepancies between partners, creating or restoring satisfying sexual relationships, sexual anxiety and self-esteem, concerns about erections, lubrication, and orgasms, kink and navigating non-monogamy, chronic health issues that impact sex, and more.
Individual Therapy
An individual session is a time just for you, to explore and work through any struggles you may be facing. We are all doing the best we can with what we have, and yet somehow that doesn’t always feel like enough. We often cope with current life circumstances with the skills we learned in the past. Unfortunately, what worked when we were younger may no longer prove useful for us today. I’m here to support you in exploring who you’ve been, who you are, and who you want to be. I want to help you see that you can deal with what’s going on, make healthy choices, and become a more natural self: balanced, happy, successful, and peaceful.
